  this patch fixes a bug in fluxbox :

    open rootmenu
    go into one submenu
    go back so the submenu closes / isnt visible anymore
    move rootmenu by clicking on the title and move it
      -> the submenu popsup

  furthermore this patch makes seperators unclickable
