  this patch adds the following ressources:

    session.screen0.iconbar.wheelMode: <mode>

      on     - enable mousewheeling on the iconbuttons
      off    - disables mousewheeling on the iconbuttons
      screen - uses the settings of desktopWheeling

    session.screen0.iconbar.deiconifyMode: <mode>

      current - deiconifies the window on current workspace
      follow  - deiconifies the window on the workspace it 
                was iconified from and jumps to that workspace
